SYNOPSIS

Afropolitaine is a web-series focused on the Afro- French culture. It tells the story of two Paris-based millennials sisters and their family dynamics. Yvoire is a business student, and her sister, Janis,

a budding activist and high school drop-out.  The show also features their feisty mother, Auntie Thérèse, a tough love mother whose traditionalist views on life always clashes with her daughters antics.  Afropolitaine is a fresh and funny social commentary on the daily lives of an Afro- descended French family, minus the stereotypes and lots of Afro-French culture bonus points.
